Covid data example for vizitig

This small dataset is used to provide an example in the use of vizitig software, a database based solution to visualise genomic and transcriptomic data. This publication does not claim owernship of the data, nor the relevance of the data naming. To obtain relevant covid data, please refer to actual biologists.
