Raw X-ray projections and reconstructed micro-CT image stacks for 7-week-old WT and Per2 KO mouse hemimandibles

This dataset supports the manuscript: Circadian Clock Gene Per2 Regulates Amelogenesis Dataset contentsThis Zenodo record contains the raw X-ray projection files and the corresponding reconstructed micro-CT image stacks for the 7-week-old samples analyzed in the manuscript. The dataset includes 4 WT and 4 Per2 KO hemimandibles. WT sample folders; Per2 WT, Per2 WT1, Per2 WT2, Per2 WT3 Per2 KO sample folders; Per2 KO, Per2 KO1, Per2 KO2, Per2 KO3 Each sample folder contains: the raw X-ray projection files used for micro-CT acquisition, the reconstructed image stack for that specimen, and a .txt file containing the imaging and reconstruction parameters for that sample. This Zenodo upload is intended to provide the primary imaging data underlying the micro-CT analyses. The quantitative outcomes reported in the manuscript can be reproduced directly from the deposited raw projections and reconstructed image stacks using the workflow described in the Methods and Appendix. Specifically, the deposited files allow independent users to: verify specimen orientation and image quality, apply reconstruction and thresholding parameters, re-slice the mandibular incisor and molar regions, reproduce morphometric measurements from the same primary imaging material. Zenodo does not support creating folders directly in the web interface.
