Adult and larval tracheal systems exhibit different molecular architectures in Drosophila

We analysed the RNA-seq profile of larval and adult trachea of the fruitfly Drosophila melanogaster, as well as from whole flies. Overall design: We dissected the tissue manually and synthezised cDNA. Low amounts of cDNA were amplified via PCR and used for RNA sequencing.
