The mRNA transcriptome profiling and splicing profiling mediated by LINC00266-1 and LINC00266-1-encoded peptide were investigated by RNA-seq. Overall design: The mRNA profiles and mRNA splicing profiles of colon cancer cells HCT-116 (NC), HCT-116 with stably expressing LINC00266-1 ORF for encoding peptide (ORF), and HCT-116 with stably expressing 5'UTR-ORFmut in which start code ATG for encoding peptide was mutated to ATT (MT), were generated by RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq), in triplicate, using Illumina.
