The chemical mineralogical properties of soil in Northeast China (2010) reflect a dataset of changes in soil mineralogical properties during soil formation. Including fine-grained mineral types of soil parent materials in the Northeast Black Soil Region, volcanic ash soil on the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, basalt volcanic ash soil, brown coniferous forest soil in the Greater Xing'an Mountains, brown forest soil in the Lesser Xing'an Mountains, black soil, white soil, soda saline soil in the Songnen Plain, brown soil, red clay, brown soil, and other soil clay mineral composition and soil micro morphological characteristics.
