Sequencing of Wheat Associated Bacterial and Fungal Communities

These sequences are from bacteria and fungi associated with wheat (soil, roots, stems, leaves, seed heads and seeds) under four different agricultural management systems (Conventional, No-Till, Reduced Input, and Biologically Based) from two different growing seasons (2019 and 2022) at Michigan State University's Kellogg Biological Station Long Term Ecological Research Main Cropping System Experiment (KBS LTER MCSE) Main Site.
