This volume contains the constitution, including rules and regulations of the Female Orphan Institution; and the minutes of quarterly meetings of the Committee of Management of that institution. The minutes commence from the date of the opening of the new orphan house at Parramatta, and end with the dissolution of the Committee by the Governor's order of 1 January 1824.
