This dataset contains GFP-transfected GOWT1 mouse embryonic stem cells imaged under a fluorescence microscope. The challenges include low contrast in some cells, as well as a small number of cells moving into and out of the imaging region along the axial direction. Additionally, this dataset includes ground truth annotations for cell masks and cell markers. The task is to detect and track the cells.
