The data collected included 112 professionals of the Psychiatric Service who began to perform TM in a massive way on March 16, following the alarm status declaration during 10 weeks. More than 12.000 medical consultations were carried out on the phone. Method: An Ad-hoc questionnaire on the perception of the TM, the Work Satisfaction Questionnaire of Font Roja and questions on patients’ satisfaction were used.本研究采集的数据涵盖112名精神科服务从业人员，上述人员于3月16日起，在为期10周的警戒状态宣布后，大规模开展TM（远程医疗，Telemedicine）服务，累计完成超过12000通电话医疗问诊。研究方法：本研究使用了针对TM认知情况的特设（Ad-hoc）问卷、丰特罗哈工作满意度量表（Font Roja Work Satisfaction Questionnaire），以及患者满意度相关调研问题。
