Yeast Filamentous Growth QTL

This study used bulk segregant analysis to uncover loci associated with filamentous growth in a clinical yeast isolate. An F5 mapping population was generated from one genetic background (strain YJM311). Sequences are available for the original strain, as well as from high and low filamentous bulk pools.
