To investigate the impact of Zika infection during pregnancy on the placenta and offspring immune response Pregnant C57/BL6 mice were exposed to 50PFU Zika virus on E8.5. Placentas were collected on E12.5. And in another cohort, pups were delivered and sacrificed on PND35, bone marrow neutrophils of offspring from Zika-exposed dams were isolated and sent for RNAseq.
