Small HRMS (Orbitrap) .raw Files in Profile Mode for Fast Testruns of Processing Software

This data is likely the result of an ozone depletion experiment. No information regarding the precise sample type, preparation or research question remains. It has purely been selected due to the small file size, which makes it useful for performing a full pipeline check after major changes to your software. This is likely only useful to you if you develop software yourself, and most of these measurements are only useful up to feature construction steps. During development of our componentisation strategy, we found that many of the smaller files do not contain coeluting feature peaks with similar shape, so maybe those are useful as negative controls. Remember to always test many (> 200) files from different sources after introducing new functionality, refer to the other uploads in this community for that.
