Medical Information Credibility (MedIC) Method: Design study of a robust protocol for credibility annotation of online health information

Collected dataset contains:

List of obtained medical web pages with corresponding url (medical_web_pages.csv),

List of three consecutive sentences (content) extracted from web pages texts with corresponding credibility labels provided by human experts (sentence_ratings.csv),

Web pages texts used in the assessment process (web_pages_texts.csv).

Jupyter-notebook file (dataset_statistics.ipynb) containing code to calculate the statistics used in the article.

The study was conducted as part of the research project number INFOSTRATEG- I/0010/2021-00 at the Medical University of Bialystok (Poland), Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw (Poland), and Science4People sp. z o.o. in Szczecin (Poland) financed from a subsidy provided by the National Centre for Research and Development, Poland. The project was carried out from the 1st of December 2021 until the 30th of November 2022.
