This study is framed within the participatory approach to research (Guba & Lincoln, 2012), specifically in the area of ​​participatory design that uses generative research techniques and strategies (E. Sanders & Stappers, 2014; L. Sanders, 2008). This methodology is based on the premise that people, in a collective creation process, are not considered only as informants, but as agents who actively participate in the generation and development of responses, either to solve problems or for the collective creation of meaning (Jones, 2018; Manzini, 2015). This participation is characterized by the playful involvement of people in the design processes (Gaver, 2009; Valbuena et al., 2020). The strategies and techniques are based on co-design or participatory design (E. Sanders & Stappers, 2014). Therefore, the data collection aims to provide a greater understanding of the team's meanings and experiences based on the co-design of a digital recreational tool that promotes peaceful coexistence through the social construction of the territory, with the purpose of promoting and strengthening equity and social justice.
