OPEC plus Dataset to Investigate Effect of Financial Development on Energy Intensity Considering Innovation and Technology

A panel dataset consisting of 21 countries that are member of the OPEC+ including Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brunei, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela during 2000 - 2020 and 6 variables including energy intensity, R&D expenditure as a percentage of GDP, bank index, market index, total index, and trade openness to investigate the effect of financial development on energy intensity at different levels of innovation and technology.本数据集为面板数据集（panel dataset），涵盖2000年至2020年间的21个欧佩克+（OPEC+）成员国，具体包括阿尔及利亚、安哥拉、阿塞拜疆、巴林、文莱、刚果共和国、赤道几内亚、加蓬、伊朗、伊拉克、哈萨克斯坦、科威特、利比亚、马来西亚、墨西哥、尼日利亚、阿曼、俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、苏丹、阿拉伯联合酋长国及委内瑞拉；数据集包含6项变量，分别为能源强度（energy intensity）、研发（R&D）支出占GDP比重、银行指数、市场指数、总指数以及贸易开放度，用于探究金融发展在不同创新与技术水平下对能源强度的影响。
