Supporting data for "Genome-wide methylation analysis and comprehensive molecular profiling on synchronous endometrial and ovarian cancers"

The dataset contains all data from the thesis, "Genome-wide methylation study and thorough molecular profiling of synchronous endometrial and ovarian malignancies." The dataset comprises raw data and analysis of several experiments, including POLE endonuclease mutation domain (EDM) analysis, association analysis of clinicopathological variables and molecular subgroups, methylation analysis using Infinium Methylation EPIC BeadChip (EPIC) (Illumina), mitochondrial DNA genotyping, immunohistochemistry results, and in-vitro study findings. All experimental data were organised in different folders. ​
