This repository contains an R studio project used to analyze model outputs and produce figures in Menchions et al. (2025) "Using rare mosses to resolve barriers in the use of species distribution models for climate change vulnerability assessments". It contains data (shape files of study extents, raster maps of species distribution models, novel climatic areas, CSV data files derived from analyses in ArcGIS) and scripts.
