Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome following antimycin A or myxothiazol treatment in the light and dark

To examine the induction of mitochondrial dysfunction with myxothiazol (specific inhibitor of mitochondrial bc1 complex) or antimycin A (inhibitor of mitochondrial bc1 complex and cyclic electron transport in chloroplast in light conditions) in the light and dark and compare transcriptomic responses.
