Unemployment Insurance Average Duration: Beginning 2002

This dataset contains, by region and county, for each month from January 2002 to present, the number of New York State unemployment insurance average duration. Average Duration is the average number of unemployment insurance weeks beneficiaries receive within their benefit year. Data include only Regular Unemployment Insurance(UI) excluding Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees (UCFE), Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Service Members (UCX), Shared Work (SW), Self Employment Assistance Program (SEAP), 599.2 training, and federal extension programs. Data are provided for the10 labor market regions, and 62 counties.本数据集按区域与郡县维度划分，涵盖2002年1月至今各月份的纽约州失业保险平均申领时长数据。其中，平均申领时长指失业保险受益人在其待遇年度内实际领取失业补助的周数平均值。本次统计仅纳入常规失业保险（Regular Unemployment Insurance, UI）相关数据，不含联邦雇员失业补助（Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees, UCFE）、退役军人失业补助（Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Service Members, UCX）、共享用工计划（Shared Work, SW）、自营就业援助计划（Self Employment Assistance Program, SEAP）、599.2培训项目以及联邦延期救助计划的相关数据。数据集覆盖10个劳动力市场区域与62个郡县。
