Dengue virus 2 strain:Type 2 | isolate:16681 Raw sequence reads

Dengue Virus Type 2 (DENV2) genome was subjected to unbiased insertional mutagenesis. In combination with next-generation sequencing, the aim of the study was to identify sites that tolerate 15-nucleotide insertions during the virus replication cycle in various cell culture models. This genome-wide profile of DENV genome flexibility may be further exploited in reporter virus generation and antiviral strategies.
