Genomic features

Genomic feature data collated into a single data frame, displaying strain, contig, locus, and genomic feature information, for HMC33.1 synthetic bacterial community strains. The features include antibiotic resistance genes, virulence factors, plasmid or genomic island associated sequences, prophages, insertion sequences, and CRISPR loci. For each individual feature, the following information is provided: strain, contig, contig_number, length, start, end, type, subtype and tool. Annotated genome files where contig annotations correspond with the annotations in this table are available from the corresponding author upon request.
