To study the response of cancer cells to Hemin-His-Mn, we utilized a mouse model of spontaneous colorectal cancer induced by azoxymethane/dextran sodium sulfate (AOM/DSS). The mice were treated with Hemin-His-Mn at a dose of 10 mg/kg, three times a week, for two weeks. Following this treatment period, colorectal tissues were harvested and subjected to transcriptome sequencing.
