Data and Code for "From Whole-Brain Nulls to Motif-Scale Mechanisms: Structural Regimes of Coherent Transport Advantage in Human Connectomes"

This archive contains the derived datasets, analysis scripts, and supporting materials for the manuscript From Whole-Brain Nulls to Motif-Scale Mechanisms: Structural Regimes of Coherent Transport Advantage in Human Connectomes. The package covers three analytical layers: (i) whole-brain boundary analyses, (ii) synthetic motif regimes and timescale-matching tests, and (iii) transfer analyses on weight-ranked routing subgraphs extracted from 1,064 human structural connectomes. Raw Human Connectome Project data are not redistributed; the archive provides derived tables and code sufficient to reproduce the manuscript’s reported statistics, robustness checks, and core figures under the original data-use terms.
