OpenAntigens: construct-design reports and a browsable portal for human and mouse cell-surface and secreted proteins (2026-07-23 snapshot)

OpenAntigens is a versioned collection of antigen construct-design reports for human cell-surface and secreted proteins and their mouse orthologs. This 2026-07-23 snapshot contains 5,328 human report records and 4,702 unique mouse report records. For each target, OpenAntigens brings together UniProt sequence and topology annotations, PDB construct precedent, InterPro and Pfam domain calls, ortholog and paralog context, family alignments, local BLAST similarity screens, Open Targets disease associations, and AlphaFold structure and confidence data when available. The static report pages include an interactive construct builder that links candidate boundary selection to the molecular structure, pLDDT profile, PAE matrix, and cross-species sequence views. The deposit contains two complementary archives: openantigens-public-site-2026-07-23.tar.gz is the portable static website for browser-based use through a standard static HTTP server. openantigens-snapshot-2026-07-23-data.tar.gz contains machine-readable JSON and Markdown reports, batch summaries, ortholog and paralog tables, family alignments, Open Targets data, target inputs, snapshot metadata, and internal checksums. Download both archives for the complete release. A live version of the portal is available without login at https://openantigens.org. Construct recommendations are algorithm-generated starting points for expert review. Predicted structures and confidence scores are not experimental validation and do not establish protein expression, folding, surface accessibility, or antibody binding. OpenAntigens-generated annotations are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Bundled software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
