Common Ownership Lots

The common ownership layer is built from various polygon feature classes of the District's Vector Property Mapping program and identified below. It represents all lands that are outside right-of-way. Record Lots Tax Lots Parcel Lots Reservation Lots Air Rights Lots All of which are found separately on https://opendata.dc.gov. The layer is regenerated Daily with an automated algorithm using the latest Integrated Tax System Public Extract (ITSPE) information for some attribution.本通用权属图层（common ownership layer）基于哥伦比亚特区矢量房产制图项目的多种多边形要素类构建，具体内容如下。该图层涵盖所有通行权用地（道路用地）范围之外的土地，包括记录地块（Record Lots）、计税地块（Tax Lots）、宗地地块（Parcel Lots）、预留地块（Reservation Lots）以及空中权地块（Air Rights Lots），所有上述数据集均可在https://opendata.dc.gov 网站单独获取。本图层每日通过自动化算法重新生成，部分属性信息采用最新的综合税务系统公开提取数据（Integrated Tax System Public Extract, ITSPE）。
