Employed transcriptome sequencing to investigate the expression profiles of transfer RNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs) in a rat model of glaucoma. Data analysis revealed 55 differentially expressed tsRNAs, including 26 upregulated and 29 downregulated ones. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses highlighted the significant involvement of tsRNA-mediated Wnt, MAPK, and Hippo signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of glaucoma.
