IN-SITU POLYMERIZATION OF RESPONSIVE NANOGELS@PROTEIN SYSTEMS FOR BIOMEDICAL APLICATIONS

Stimuli responsive nanogels have tremendous potential in the field of controlled delivery of therapeutic agents triggered by external changes. In this proposal, we aim to study their overall size and internal structure and understand how different synthetic strategies modulate their architecture and therapeutic potential, in terms of protein/enzyme encapsulation and controlled delivery.
