Using the Eu-TCL1 murine model of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), we demonstrated examine the gut microbiome in a mouse model during disease development. We utilized a microflora ablation approach over several months to examine the effect of antibiotic treatment on disease onset.
