磨削试验中采用由日本东洋进口的全数控(CNC)T-135N型卧式内圆磨床, 其移动式主轴最高转速6000r/min,系统可对切入轴(X轴)和工作台轴(Z轴)单独控制或联动,工件采用卡盘式装夹,利用ATC装置切换工具,在一个夹具上可对内径、外径和端面进行加工,利用高机械刚性和电磁两支点工件支撑方式以确保稳定的高精度加工。磨削加工后的工件表面粗糙度由表面轮廓仪所测得,该仪器(form talysurf系列)属于接触式轮廓仪,专业用于轴承的内外圈粗糙度检测,带有温度补偿系统,能够监控和反馈环境温度的变化,传感器量程为5mm,分辨率为0.4nm,保证测量的高稳定性和高精度。

In the grinding test, a fully computer numerical control (CNC) T-135N horizontal internal grinding machine imported from Toyo, Japan was employed. The maximum rotational speed of its movable spindle reaches 6000 r/min. The system supports independent control or linkage operation for the infeed axis (X-axis) and the table axis (Z-axis). Workpieces were clamped using a chuck, and an automatic tool changer (ATC) was utilized to switch cutting tools. Internal diameter, external diameter and end face machining can all be completed on a single fixture. High mechanical rigidity and electromagnetic two-point workpiece support method were adopted to guarantee stable and high-precision machining. The surface roughness of the post-grinding workpieces was measured with a surface profilometer. This instrument (Form Talysurf series) is a contact profilometer specially designed for roughness detection of bearing inner and outer rings. It is integrated with a temperature compensation system that can monitor and feed back changes in ambient temperature. The sensor has a measurement range of 5 mm and a resolution of 0.4 nm, ensuring high measurement stability and accuracy.
