To investigate the function of Maf family transcription factors, MafB and cMaf, in the intestinal epithelium, we generated tissue specific loss of function mouse models. VillinCre was used to drive deletion of transcription factors MafB and cMaf (MafBfl/fl, cMaf fl/fl) in the intestinal epithelium. At postnatal day 7, intestines were collected, RNA was isolated and samples were sent to Novogene for library prep, sequencing and analysis.
