Vegetation Index Data in Asian Regions (1993)

This data set was developed by mosaicking of total eighteen NOAA/AVHRR LAC mode scenes in order to obtain a cloud-free image. The vegetation index was computed from the mosaicked image, which couldrepresent the wide-range distribution of vegetative conditions in the regionsincluing India, Indo-China and Peninsular Malaysia.
