This dataset is a specialized dataset for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) developed during clinical diagnosis and treatment activities at Hangzhou First People's Hospital from 2024 to 2025. The data covers patient demographic information (gender, date of birth, marital status), visit process information (admission and discharge date and time, chief complaint, present medical history, past medical history), diagnostic information (ICD-10 codes and diagnostic names), medical order and medication information (content of medical order items, drug names, administration routes and dosage forms), laboratory and examination information (examination purpose, examination order date, examination findings, examination results, laboratory and test items and their results), as well as surgical and anesthesia-related information (if applicable), encompassing all data elements across the entire diagnosis and treatment workflow of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. This de-identified and standardized dataset serves as a critical data foundation for training AI algorithms and models, supporting auxiliary diagnosis, risk stratification, efficacy assessment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the development of clinical decision support systems.
