Tumor reliance on cytosolic versus mitochondrial one-carbon flux depends on folate availability

The goal of this analysis is to detect the differentially expressed genes between cells cultured in high or low folate condition. Overall design: RNA from 6 samples was sequenced and analyzed. The samples can be divided into 2 groups: Low folate condition (0.2mM) – 3 biological replicates (samples:1,3,5) High folate condition (2mM) – 3 biological replicates (samples:2,4,6)
