These 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data were generated from fecal, cecal, and jejunal samples collected from adult, female, wild-type C57BL/6NHsd mice, receiving oral enrofloxacin or control for seven days. Fecal samples were collected pre-treatment, immediately post-treatment (day 8), and 30 days post-treatment; cecal and jejunal contents were collected 30 days post-treatment.
