Here, we analyze gene expression of prostate cancer cell line VCaP (VCaP WT) and VCaP after testosterone boost (VCaPrev) in order to investigate the impact of the androgen axis on susceptibility to PCA treatments which are not directly AR-directed. Overall design: VCaP WT vs. VCaP cells after long time treatment with increasing concentrations of testosterone (up to 1 nM). Analysis done in 2 biological replicates
