NirsPredict

NirsPredict is an interactive Shiny application that uses convolutional‐neural‐network models trained on a database of 5 325 A. thaliana individuals. It predicts 81 functional traits (e.g., leaf thickness, relative water content) and dozens of metabolites (sugars, glucosinolates, phytohormones) from NIRS spectra, lets users filter and download the underlying calibration dataset, and enables community contribution of new spectra to improve model performance.NirsPredict是一款交互式Shiny应用，其基于在包含5325株拟南芥（A. thaliana）个体的数据库上训练得到的卷积神经网络（Convolutional Neural Network）模型构建。该工具可基于近红外光谱（NIRS, Near-Infrared Spectroscopy）预测81项功能性状（如叶片厚度、相对含水量）以及数十种代谢物（包括糖类、硫代葡萄糖苷、植物激素）；同时支持用户对底层校正数据集进行筛选与下载，并允许社区贡献新的光谱数据以优化模型性能。
