This study presents long-read metagenomic (PacBio Revio HiFi) and metatranscriptomic (ONT PromethION) sequencing datasets from four marine plankton samples (OA001_S320, OA032_S320, OA033_S20, and OA058_S20) collected during the Tara Pacific expedition. Long-reads (PacBio HiFi metagenomes and ONT metatranscriptomes) are available at the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) under BioProject PRJEB107967.
