Photographs taken by Henry Morton. Top left and bottom left and right show Royal Air Force aircraftsmen in the 1918 pattern uniform. Note also the Spanish and Union Jack flags in the bottom pictures. Top right and middle show groups of Spanish servicemen (aircraftsmen?).
George Henry Herbert Morton has no medal card in the Nation Archives records, suggesting that he went overseas too late to qualify for the War or Victory Medals. He seems to have been attached to the staff of the British Air Attache in Madrid, Lt. Col. Sandy.
