This dataset includes provisional case counts of select nationally notifiable diseases sourced from the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS). NNDSS data reported by the 50 U.S. states, New York City, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories is compiled and released weekly, and is published in the numbered tables printed on the back page of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR).
