Schwenk, A. von Finster, and J. Falke. Integrating climate data and river modeling to reveal influences on declining Chinook salmon in Sub-Arctic river basins. Ecosphere. This research was to provide guidance on methods for relating regional-scale climate datasets to local-scale observations and to expand the temporal and spatial breadth of environmental observations available to inform responses of stream fish communities to environmental variation. As a case study, indicators were developed of freshwater habitat conditions that could be used in a larger investigation into the drivers of Chinook salmon population productivity across the Yukon and Kuskokwim basins. The data on this repository include two datasets and three tables: the raw daily stream temperature data, the derived streamflow and stream temperature indicators, a table of stream temperature site information and model results, a table of streamflow site information and model results, and a table with stream temperature regression model parameter results.
