This paper enriches the whole genome regulatory sequence data of non-model fish, deepens the understanding of CNEs in Larimichthys crocea genes and the important developmental genes in Danio rerio, finds sequences that are conserved in Larimichthys crocea, Danio rerio, and Homo spains, provides the valuable reference data for understanding regulatory sequences and developmental genes.
