Alterations in the membrane-associated proteome of alveolar macrophages in sarcoidosis

Here we have performed qualitative profiling of the membrane-associated proteome of alveolar macrophages in sarcoidosis patients and healthy individuals with the aim to identify specific proteins and pathways involved in sarcoidosis pathology.
