Homo sapiens Raw sequence (exome and whole genome) reads cell free DNA Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cancer in Thai Population

In this study, we aimed to explore utility of cfDNA levels in HCC patients compared with CH patients, and to investigate somatic mutation profile in cfDNA from matched cfDNA and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of Thai HCC patients using WES for potentially clinical application as noninvasive diagnostic and prognostic markers.
