ACS Educational Attainment by Race and Sex Centroids

Overview This feature service provides centroid-based geographic layers for American Community Survey educational attainment indicators for the population age 25 years and over. It combines statewide, countywide, and census tract representations to support mapping and analysis of educational attainment across race and sex categories. Feature Layers State: State-level centroid features summarizing educational attainment measures for the population age 25 years and over, including overall attainment and race-specific breakdowns such as Black or African American, American Indian and Alaska Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander, Some Other Race, Two or More Races, White alone not Hispanic or Latino, and Hispanic or Latino. County: County-level centroid features with the same educational attainment measures, supporting county comparisons and regional demographic analysis. Tract: Census tract centroid features with detailed educational attainment indicators, enabling localized spatial analysis of educational patterns within communities. Geographic Coverage The service covers geographies across the United States, including states, counties, and census tracts. It is suited for national and subnational demographic mapping and comparison.
