Sample dataset PythoStitcher [final]

This dataset contains four example cases related to the histopathology tissue stitching algorithm PythoStitcher. The dataset is structured as follows:- prostate_4.zip contains four tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- prostate_2.zip contains two tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- pancreas.zip contains two tissue fragments from a pancreas resection from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- artificial.zip contains four "artificial" tissue fragments which were obtained by digitally shredding a whole-mount from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)

Each example case contains the following data:\ raw_images (directory with the full resolution digitized slides)\ raw_masks (directory with the tissuemasks generated using the algorithm from Bándi et al) force_config.txt (optional file in pancreas.zip to guide the stitching process for this case)
