Sample dataset PythoStitcher [final]

This dataset contains four example cases related to the histopathology tissue stitching algorithm PythoStitcher. The dataset is structured as follows:- prostate_4.zip contains four tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- prostate_2.zip contains two tissue fragments from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- pancreas.zip contains two tissue fragments from a pancreas resection from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands)- artificial.zip contains four "artificial" tissue fragments which were obtained by digitally shredding a whole-mount from a prostatectomy specimen from the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, the Netherlands) Each example case contains the following data:\ raw_images (directory with the full resolution digitized slides)\ raw_masks (directory with the tissuemasks generated using the algorithm from Bándi et al) force_config.txt (optional file in pancreas.zip to guide the stitching process for this case) For instructions on how to apply PythoStitcher to these sample cases, please refer to the PythoStitcher Github repository.
