To investigate the gene expression changes after Grx2 knockout, we isolated primary BMSCs from Grx2+/+ and Grx2-/- mice and passaged them to the 7th generation. Then, we performed gene expression analysis using RNA-seq data from six cell samples (three replicates per group). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data was performed for Grx2+/+ O-BMSCs and Grx2-/- O-BMSCs (3 replicates per group).
