This Zenodo record contains the dataset and supporting code for the paper: "Electron-beam Charge Injection for Contactless Small-angle Alignment in Graphene/hBN Heterostructures" (preprint: arXiv:2510.03347). Content of the upload Figure_1.jpg, Figure_2.jpg, Figure_3.jpg: high-resolution source images corresponding to the main figures of the manuscript. rotation_overlay.py: Python script used to generate the rotation-overlay analysis and the associated visualizations shown in the paper. How the data were generatedThe figures and analysis were obtained from SEM-based electron-beam charge injection experiments on graphene/hBN heterostructures, combined with optical/Raman calibration and image-based twist-angle extraction. The rotation_overlay.py script performs the core processing steps described in the Methods section, including image alignment, ROI selection, rotational scanning, and fine-angle minimization. Reproducibility and usageThe provided figures are the exact files used to prepare the manuscript. The script can be run to reproduce the rotation-overlay results and to apply the same workflow to new SEM/optical images of similar heterostructures. All parameters are documented in the script header and comments.
