CircRNA profiling of 3 samples of human heart with doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy(DOXCM) and 3 healthy hearts Overall design: To screen the potentially involved circRNAs in doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity(DOXIC) pathogenesis, ribosomal and linear RNA-depleted circular RNA sequence was performed to profile circRNA expression in 3 hearts from autopsy specimens of cancer patients suffered from doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy and 3 non-diseased healthy donor hearts.
