Dark Matter Resolved - How Galaxies Really Work

Temporal Congestion Mechanics (Ward-Broadfield 2026a) treats space as a physical medium with congestion index n(x,t). The framework derives the K(X) regime of the fabric's constitutive law from a single action; the regime governs every observed galactic rotation curve and produces parameter-free what dark matter physics has been fitting case-by-case. The companion rotation-curve paper (Ward-Broadfield 2026b) tests this against SPARC and confirms 168 of 175 galaxies at p < 4 × 10⁻⁴¹. The present paper develops what these results structurally imply about dark matter as a hypothesis.
